Boat Works offers full service marine repair and maintenance, including storage, pick-up and delivery, and even service calls right to your dock.

Peace Of Mind:
We have a variety of service and storage facilities serving Syracuse, In and surrounding areas and a customer service boat in the water. Our customer service boat is a great asset to our company as it provides peace of mind for our customers and their families. Our customers are reassured knowing that our staff and equipment are ready to serve if and when problems develop, whether it is at their pier, on the lake, or anywhere between.

Experience:
Another great asset our company has is our experience. We have been servicing customers in the northern Indiana lakes region since 1993. From our experience, we have gained the ability to perform maintenance techniques that keeps the watercraft of our customers not only safe and in excellent condition, but also limits unexpected, expensive repairs. When the unexpected situation develops we take full advantage of our knowledge and experience to effectively fix the situation as quickly and hassle-free as possible.

Commitment:
Our customer base is kept somewhat exclusive to allow our time and effort to be available for our customers, we stay focused doing normal routine maintenance and are available when the not so routine repair is needed.  Boat Works of course wants to grow a profitable business by accepting new customers; therefore we are always looking for families and individuals that seriously enjoy boating.

Service:
Boat Works has 6 Staff members with numerous degrees and certificates related to the marine business. The most important characteristic we have is the willingness and ability within the boating industry to serve others.  Boat Works is serious about you enjoying your boating. Let our experience work for you.  Boat Works services, stores and handles boats, pontoons and personal watercraft. We have technicians certified in inboards, outboards, I/O’s and personal watercraft. Relative to outboards and personal watercraft we are experienced with 2-stroke and 4-stroke engine technology. We have vast experience handling all types of watercraft, both on and off the water.

Boats - Pontoons - Personal Watercraft:
The boats we normally deal with are inboard ski and pleasure boats, Inboard/Outdrives (I/O’s) runabouts, open and close bow, cuddy cruisers, larger cruisers, and sporting boats with outboards. We service and handle all makes and models. The pontoons we normally deal with can be anything from a basic two tubed hull with small outboard to a more complex three-tubed hull with an I/O or large Outboard for a power plant. We service and handle all makes and models. The personal watercraft we normally deal with are of all makes and models 2-3 seaters, 2-stroke pwc’s, 4-stroke pwc’s. We have serviced and handled personal watercraft since they were introduced into the boating industry in 1988.
